Alice's blend of bold colour palettes, hybrid material techniques and voracious painterly energy encapsulates both the strength, and subtlety, of her subjects.
Her visually stimulating combination of painted and drawn layers are designed to encourage the audience to lean in. This follows the key concept underpinning Alice’s work: that proximity to an artwork can engender proximity to all creation.
